The Motion Picture Association of America had released the rating for Deathly Hallows Part 1 at the beginning of this month as PG-13, but the changed the description a few days ago.
The rating is still PG-13 for "some sequences of intense action violence and frightening images.", but with the added "brief sensuality."
Lot's of people suspect the scene involving the Horcrux destroying.
*spoiler alert*
As Ron destroys the locket, the locket starts put things in his head to stop him from destroying it. "Harry" and "Hermione" come out of the locket and appear naked. They kiss. This naked kissing scene is probably what got the "brief sensuality" added on.
The British Board of Film Classification had rated it at 12A for "moderate fantasy violence and threat."
The run time for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is 146 minutes, or 2 hours and 26 minutes, making it the third shortest in the series.
