Okay! I haven't updated the happenings on the Potter Timeline for each day. So here is a quick look from October 5.
October 5
1995: Dumbledore's Army is formed by Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley in Hog's Head pub in Hogsmeade. They were overheard by Mundungus Fletcher and Willy Widdershins.

October 6
1990: Scarlett Byrne, the actress who plays Pansy Parkinson in the film version of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, is born.
(No offence to Scarlett, but I prefered the other Pansy Parkinson from Prisoner of Azkaban... She had a sort of cuteness in that evil, loathsome way.)
October 7
1995: Educational Decree Number Twenty-four is passed by the Ministry of Magic: all student organisations, societies, teams, groups, and clubs are disbanded, and are only allowed to reform with permission. Hedwig is injured as Professor Umbridge attempts to intercept Harry’s post. She is taken to Professor Grubbly-Plank to be treated. Sirius Black is nearly caught by Umbridge in the Gryffindor common room fire.

October 9
1995: Dumbledore's Army meets for the first time in the Room of Requirement, and works on the Disarming Charm. [1]

Coincidentally, this was one of the predictions made by Divination professor, Sybill Trelawney, on their first ever Divination class.
